National Able Network September 26, 2018 Senior Services, Uncategorized 1 This week is National Employ Older Workers Week (NEOWW), which celebrates the abilities and contributions older employees convey to the workforce, and which inspires employers to rent these people. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, older Americans are bypassing retirement and staying within the workforce longer. Forty % of staff age fifty five plus are still working, and so they make up virtually 1 / 4 (23 p.c) of the workforce.
